Extended Care Treatment
Our clients spend an average of 30 to 90 days in our extended care treatment program. Our clients have therapy with our specialists during this time. Therapy along with learning coping skills helps clients build the foundation they need for a sober and clean life outside of treatment.
Outpatient Treatment
Our outpatient treatment program is designed to assist clients transitioning back into their day-to-day lives. This can be a dangerous and challenging time for newly sober individuals. Our program helps support clients, but while slowly lowering support as they gain progress in knowing how to successfully stay sober on their own.
Monitoring and Support
Treatment does not end after clients leave our facility and programs. Weekly case manager calls and continuous testing are recommended for at least the first six or more months of sobriety. Clients can keep themselves accountable in case relapses occur. Having continued support at this time can help you quickly bounce back and continue moving forward into sobriety.
Continuing Care
The first year of sobriety can also be the most challenging. Our alumni program is designed to keep clients connected to each other after graduating from their program. Getting support from a group of people going through the same thing can greatly impact your success with sobriety. We also provide family programs to help you reconnect with family members.

Since 2016, Dr. Merle Williamson, a graduate of Oregon Health Sciences University, has been the Medical Director at Crestview Recovery, bringing a rich background in addiction medicine from his time at Hazelden Treatment Center. He oversees outpatient drug and alcohol treatments, providing medical care, setting policies, detox protocols, and quality assurance measures. Before specializing in addiction medicine, he spent 25 years in anesthesiology, serving as Chair of Hospital Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and Chief of Anesthesia at Kaiser Permanente. This experience gives him a unique perspective on treating prescription drug addiction.
