Crestview Recovery Services is licensed and certified by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Behavioral Health Division. Every level of care we provide — from our outpatient services through our residential programs — is reviewed and approved by the state, and we hold ourselves to the standards those licenses require. Our OHA Certificate of Approval is effective through September 30, 2028, and our residential programs are licensed under OHA #700135, #700138, and #SUDR100070.
If someone needs medically supervised detox before starting treatment, our team helps coordinate a referral to a licensed detox provider and welcomes them into our programs once they’re medically stable.
