It is her personal hope that each person she works with is able to recognize and believe in their potential, elicit their intrinsic motivation, and begin the difficult and relentless journey of self-actualization; all while intentionally confronting obstructions with grace along the way. When not working, Erin can be found laughing with her kids, coloring, being silly, trying new things, traveling, spending time in nature, baking, dancing, and being creative or expressive in some other way.
