Dr. Cundiff is board-certified in Addiction Medicine and in Public Health & General Preventive Medicine. He earned his MD at the University of Pennsylvania and his MPH at Johns Hopkins, and serves on the American Medical Association's Council on Science and Public Health. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine and a national mentor on buprenorphine treatment through the Providers Clinical Support System. At Crestview, he leads the medical team, oversees medication management, and advises on clinical policy and practice.
